The scheme accommodates some 260 privately owned apartments, in a series of stepped blocks (rising from five to twelves storeys), with fully glazed penthouses benefitting from rooftop gardens.

Car parking is concealed at ground level, with a landscaped deck above, providing shared amenity space for residents.

The development was a major commercial success for developers, Ravella Properties, with all the apartments being sold off plan.
