Belfast
Having established a base in Belfast in 1990’s the company identified a need for a new headquarters in the city. The scheme was carried out over two phases in March 2006 and June 2016.
The practice assisted in the selection of an appropriate shell building and worked with both their local and American teams on fit-out proposals for circa 65,000 sqft of high specification accommodation. Careful consideration was paid to analysis of staff working patterns and evaluation of staff workstation/ shared space ratios. The completed offices provide flexible open plan space for the team working, shared meeting / conference space, breakout space for collaborative working and cellular offices.
Dublin
TODD architects designed and delivered the Belfast Head Quarters for this IT firm and continued the relationship with the commission for the Dublin offices. The project comprised of the fit-out of a 950m2 floor in an existing office building on the outskirts of Dublin.
The ‘Town Hall’ communal space for canteen, break-out or large informal presentation or working groups was the central hub or heart of the office which was contained and bounded by a series and small private offices and conference room beyond which was open plan desk space – loosely separated with movable acoustic screens, white boards and ‘huddle screens’ for small group collaboration
