New Mansion Square

New Mansion Square forms part of the main Battersea Power Station redevelopment in South London. The scheme consists of 386 homes, ranging in size from 1 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom family homes, providing both shared ownership and private rental accommodation, operated by Peabody.

The development consists to 7 blocks arranged around a central landscaped area with ground floor medical centre and 12,000 sq ft of business flexible work spaces for local entrepreneurs. The central landscaped spaces sits over 2 levels and provides space for a children’s play area, outdoor fitness space and hard surface areas for pop up events.

The scale of the development ranges from 8 to 18 storeys, constructed with concrete frame and masonry. The buildings are in the style of the London mansion block typology, allowing for majority of the homes to enjoy dual aspects each with private balconies or terraces.
